The move comes after Prime Minister Vladimir Putin criticized the agency for its failure to keep petrol and jet fuel prices under control. Lukoil, Gazprom Neft, TNK-BP, Rosneft, and Surgutneftegas were all requested to submit information to authorities by August 1st. But, the FAS says Surgutneftegas was the only company to do so.
