Yukos Bankruptcy Administrator, Eduard Rebgun, has rejected a Dutch court's ruling that he had no right to sell the oil firm's overseas assets.

Rebgun told RT that he does not understand the decision by a Dutch court on Wednesday and said that its finding was “odious”. Before the auction went ahead, he was recognized as the legitimate receiver by the court of Amsterdam, as well as the one in the U.S. This latest court decision hands back control of Yukos's Dutch subsidiary to its former managers.
