Olympic champion Nemov on creating phygital gymnastics: It’s not far off
Four-time Olympic champion in artistic gymnastics Alexey Nemov shared his opinion on the creation of phygital gymnastics.
“It’s not far off. Everything is possible. Ten years ago, the very idea of phygital sports seemed unreal. Therefore, even in artistic gymnastics, one can look into the future and create their own simulator,” said Nemov.
He also commented on whether this would be an opportunity for veterans.
“Is this a hint related to me? Well, I’m still in good shape. If interesting proposals come from people responsible for phygital sports, including those who have ended their careers, why not consider them? Everything is possible,” said the athlete.
