How inflation could put Trump in office

President Joe Biden has two obstacles standing in the way of his reelection. His failure at the border, and the crippling inflation caused by his Bidenomics agenda. Inflation stood at 1.4% the month Biden took office and then skyrocketed to 9.1% in June 2022 before ebbing to 3% a year later. However, it has been stuck near that still-elevated rate since. The president’s critics have dubbed the phenomenon “Bidenflation.” With record interest rates stuck at above 5%, the economy has come to a standstill. Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell claims the recent high inflation has made it less likely we will see interest rates cut in the coming weeks and months. Initially the Federal Reserve had predicted three rate cuts for 2024. But the Fed wants to see inflation fall to 2% before it can make any cuts. Without those cuts, mortgage payments will remain at record highs, making getting a loan, buying a home, or even starting a family feel impossibly out of reach for the nation’s Millennials. On this episode of 360 Views, Scottie Nell Hughes discusses with her panel (Garland Nixon, Political Commentator and Radio Host; Steve Gill, Political Analyst and Radio Host; Steve Hayes, Tax Attorney and Chairman of Americans for Fair Taxation) if the Biden administration is destroying the American Dream.

Is it time for GITMO to close?

Called the Gulag of our time, the detention facilities in the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base have been where the US Defense Department has detained and interrogated those deemed extraordinarily dangerous and liable to prosecution for war crimes. On this edition of The 360 View, Scottie Nell Hughes and a panel (the host of the Steve Gill Show and political commentator Steve Gill and investigative journalist Andy Worthington) look at whether the US can justify the continued operations of the military prison at GITMO.

Why are US troops still in the middle east?

President Joe Biden has succeeded in involving the United States in three conflicts since taking office: Russia/Ukraine, Israel/Hamas, and now in the Middle East more broadly, as three US soldiers were killed during a drone attack in Jordan by Iran-backed militants. On this episode of 360 View, Scottie Nell Hughes and a panel of experts (Scott Ritter, Geopolitical Analyst, author, & former US military and UN Inspector; Col. Rob Maness, Former Air Force Colonel and radio-show host) discuss how the American President has failed to keep the country out of war.

Civil war in the Republican party

While Donald Trump was a political newcomer eight years ago, he has since completely recreated the Republican party in his image. It is no secret there is a split in the party. Never Trumpers and America First are now butting heads from the primaries to the House floor. Trump may be the presumptive Republican nominee but former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley continues to be a thorn in Trump’s side as she is still polling double digits in primaries even after dropping out of the race one day after Super Tuesday. Though Ronna McDaniel has stepped down from her post as Chair of the Republican National Committee, it seems she didn’t go willingly. There was already discontentment with how Republicans fared in the 2022 midterms and special elections, with McDaniel’s leadership of the party one focus of blame. On this edition of 360 View, Scottie Nell Hughes and her panel (Woodrow Johnson, GOP Strategist and CEO of Revere Strategies; Angela Wong, Co-host of The Final Countdown; Ed Martin – President, Phyllis Schlafly Eagles) discuss the stakes of this civil war on the American right.

The P. Diddy files

Department of Homeland Security personnel raided the residences of rap mogul Sean Combs (aka P. Diddy) amid a plethora of allegations of sex trafficking and other offenses. The raids came as the producer faces a mounting list of civil lawsuits that allege abuse and sexual assault by multiple victims spanning over 30 years. Combs has denied all the allegations. On this episode of The 360 View, Scottie Nell Hughes and her panel (media analyst Lionel, New Journey PAC CEO Autry J. Pruitt, and journalist and radio host Jamarl Thomas) get into a fiery discussion about whether women are to be believed and the connections between P. Diddy and Jeffrey Epstein.

After office: How are the Clintons still screwing the world?

The Clintons have been accused of many things, but going quietly into the night is not one of them. Bill Clinton is still very much involved behind the scenes in the political world, attending high-priced fundraisers for President Joe Biden’s reelection campaign and having private conversations with the Pope. After tuning out from the world for a year, Hillary Clinton has now reemerged ready to comment on just about everything. On this episode of 360 View, Scottie Nell Hughes and a panel of experts (Andrew Langer, radio and podcast host, director of the Center for Regulatory Freedom at the CPAC Foundation; John Jackson, former chairman, Dekalb Democratic Party) discuss how the Clintons are still screwing the world.
