Empowering disability?

Nothing makes a person simultaneously more vulnerable and stronger than parenting a child, especially a child who’s different from others. We usually think of this as all work and no play, but is that the right approach? Can sports make the lives of parents and children with special needs a bit more ordinary? To discuss this, Oksana is joined by Special Olympics Chairman Timothy Shriver.
