Partial impartiality?

The war in Syria may have drained the parties militarily but their rhetorical ammunition is far from exhausted. The conflict is still painted as a fight between good and evil, democracy and tyranny or, most recently, halal and haram. In such a polarized environment, what does it mean to be impartial? To discuss these matters, Oksana is joined by Yves Daccord, Director-General of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
