ISIS-ting Assad? Ft. Afzal Ashraf, Consultant Fellow, Royal United Services Institute

The US-led strikes against ISIS in Iraq and Syria have been going on for about a year without any significant results. Although there is a realization that the extremists cannot be defeated with air power alone, there are disagreements regarding whether ground troops should be deployed. Oksana is joined by Afzal Ashraf, a Consultant Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute, to examine these issues.
