General distrust? Ft. Evgeny Buzhinsky, Executive Board Chairman, PIR Center

The US-Russian relationship is characterized by a general sense of distrust. And though the recent lull in the fighting in Ukraine has offered hope of a lasting settlement, the prospect of a thaw in relations between the former Cold War rivals remains elusive. Oksana is joined by Evgeny Buzhinsky, the Chairman of the Executive Board at PIR Center, to analyze these issues.
