The Arab Spring degenerated into what some are calling the 'Arab Spasm' within a few years, and with its goals of improved living standards and democracy derailed, many wonder whether it was worth it. Was the region ready for change? And did the West's helping hand prove to be more of a hindrance? Oksana is joined by Manal Omar, an associate vice-president at the US Institute of Peace, to spring on these issues.
