Destination: Irkutsk

In the next series Mark Ames visits Irkutsk, one of the largest city in Siberia.He also travels to the lake Baikal, which contains over 20% of the world's liquid fresh surface water and more than 90% of Russia's liquid fresh surface water. Its age is estimated at 25-30 million years making it one of the most ancient lakes in geological history. At the end of the journey Mark learns how to cook smoked fish and tries Russian banya.
