Destination: Baikal

This time Martyn Andrews goes swimming in Lake Baikal, the deepest in the world, which contains approximately 20 per cent of the world’s total surface fresh water. But swimming isn’t the only entertainment there. Besides wonderful landscapes and pure nature, Baikal is a perfect place for kite-surfing, fishing, playing golf and cooking fish soup as proved by the Wayfarer himself.
