Episode 241

What is the definition of a campaigner? Is it someone who appears everywhere, on every media, trying to make sense of a crazy world, trying to save us from ourselves? Our guest this week is a writer and social critic who campaigns on behalf of those who need mental health support. To say she is a campaigner is like saying Ronaldo is a footballer. “Where’s Your Head At?” is her latest campaign to change the law regarding mental health in the workplace. So, we invited Natasha Devon MBE into the Sputnik studio to tell us more.

And what is the definition of a communicator? It is someone who is a financial podcaster, broadcaster, writer on economics, and a humorist. Phil Dobbie is all of the above and more, so we invited him into the studio to hear his take on Donald Trump’s declaration of “trade war” on Iran, China’s place in this new world order, as well as his predictions for the future of the EU.
