Following Brexit, demand for referendums to quit the EU is growing both in the Netherlands and Italy, Switzerland has abandoned its application to join, Greece may have to default, and Spain and Portugal are facing sanctions. Could the European Union and the eurozone be coming apart at the seams? Who better to answer that question than Dr Russell Foster of King’s College London, a considerable expert on the European project.
