Russia’s bid to enter the World Trade Organization has probably been given its biggest shot in the arm with support from the United States. To strengthen ties, Moscow and Washington have agreed on a new American visa regime for Russians. Starting this autumn, Russian citizen will be able to get three-year visas. But what else do people and businesses want from Moscow and Washington?
