Today we will talk about what's cooking in the European Union. This week a group of senior EU officials, headed by European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso, is coming to Moscow for talks with the Russian Government. The gas row between Russia and Ukraine is expected to dominate the discussion. Today, we've chosen to talk about the areas of discontent and co-operation between Russia and the EU with Konstantin Kosachev, Chairman of the Russian Delegation to PACE (Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe).
