Right to childhood

In the modern concept of human rights, children have a very special place. But it's still unclear and debatable how their rights should be protected, and if the state or whatever institution should interfere in family relations. Where is the line that should not be crossed and is it possible to secure a happy childhood for everybody? We’ll discuss it with the Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Maud de Boer-Buquicchio.
