Today we will try to take a look behind the wings of big politics. The Russia-EU summit was held over the Weekend in the Portugeese town of Mafra near Lisbon. Russian President Putin set out Russia’s position on issues like the co-operation between Russia and the European Union, the status of Kosovo, Iran's nuclear program and others. Meanwhile the situation in Middle East has been aggravating as Turkey tries to eliminate the bases of the Kurdish rebels in the North of neighbouring Iraq. We will discuss the hot issues of international relations with the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Federation Council, Mr. Mikhail Margelov.
