Today we will once again talk about the pirates. In recent months pirates off the Somali coast have seized control of at least 27 vessels in the area, 11 of which remain under their control. The Ukrainian vessel 'Faina' has drawn the most concern lately due to the military hardware in its cargo. Can the world do something to defeat piracy?
