Today we will talk about the economic crisis. The next year will be hard for Russia, said President Medvedev addressing a meeting of the State Council this week. Everybody agrees that the global financial crisis is, in fact, a test for the Russian economy. Is Russia ready to pass this test? Will it come out weaker or stronger from the trouble?
