The commander-in-chief of the Russian Navy, Admiral Vladimir Vysotsky, said last week that the Black Sea Fleet could increase the number of warships at its base in Sevastopol to 100 and the number of its personnel to 25,000. But will the Russian Navy stay in the region after 2017, when the agreement to deploy the Russian fleet on Ukrainian territory expires?
