Man Calls Police on Assemblywoman Campaigning Door to Door

Shelia Stubbs, 47, was campaigning door to door for votes when a man called Madison police, reporting a suspicious vehicle. As Stubbs, an African-American woman, campaigned in a predominantly white neighborhood, her 8 year-old daughter and 71 year old mother were sitting in the car awaiting her return.
