US Announces Sanctions Against Senior Turkish Officials
On Wednesday The Trump administration slapped economic sanctions on two senior Turkish officials over what they say are trumped-up charges on an American pastor being held by Ankara. The US Treasury Department targeted Justice Minister Abdulhamit Gul and Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu marking the first time such sanctions have been levied against a NATO ally. U.S.-China trade war gains momentum
China on Thursday called for the US to “return to reason” after the Trump administration sought to ratchet up pressure for trade concessions by proposing that tariffs on $200 billion worth of Chinese imports be increased to 25%. RT’s Bart Chilton reports.
Iran Prepares For Military Exercises
