Gun violence still shooting up in Chicago

More than 40 people were shot in Chicago over the weekend, marking a second weekend in a row of higher-than-usual shooting violence in the city. From the start of this year to July 5, nearly 1,900 people have been shot. RT America’s Manila Chan has more on the violence.
