RT America -- March 24, 2017

Why doesn't mainstream media report on missing DC girls?

Over the past couple of weeks almost 20 black and Latina girls have gone missing in Washington, DC. The disappearances have gained little or no attention from mainstream media. RT America’s Ashlee Banks reports. Then Sharece Crawford, an advisory neighborhood commissioner in the District, joins RT America’s Simone Del Rosario to discuss how DC police can more effectively locate missing children and how reforming the Amber Alert system can protect vulnerable and missing kids.

US, losing ground to Taliban, blames Russia

Moscow has dismissed US accusations that it may be supplying Taliban insurgents as a “complete fabrication,” saying the charge is Washington’s attempt to cover up for its own failures in Afghanistan ‒ even though Russia considers the Taliban to be a terrorist group, while the US does not. RT's Gayane Chichakyan reports.
