South Beach already flooded as Florida braces for Hurricane Matthew 
President Barack Obama has declared a state of emergency in Florida as Hurricane Mathew closes in as a category 4 storm. And with winds of 140 mph, it’s the most powerful storm to threaten the Atlantic Coast in over a decade. RT America’s Marina Portnaya has the latest from Miami. US may go outside UN to ‘impose costs’ on Russia & Syria – White House
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov recently met with his French counterpart to discuss the ongoing crisis in Syria. Meanwhile, in the United States the rhetoric against Russia and Syria has intensified with White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest saying the US may go outside of the United Nations to “impose costs” on Russia and Syria.
