‘Hard to see’ how US could not know it was hitting Syrian Army - Jatras
The seven-day ceasefire in Syria is over and it is unclear if it will be renewed after numerous violations of the terms of the truce. The Russian Defense Ministry says the truce was only observed by the Syrian government. The biggest blow was when a US-led coalition airstrike hit members of the Syrian Army during the ceasefire, killing 62. For more on this, “News With Ed” is joined by Jim Jatras, former GOP Senate foreign policy advisor.

Chelsea bomber in custody
Police have arrested Ahmad Rahami, wanted in connection with the bombings in Elizabeth, New Jersey and the Manhattan neighborhood of Chelsea, after a shootout in Linden, New Jersey. Two police officers were reported to be injured. For the latest, “News With Ed” is joined by RT America’s Trinity Chavez, who lives near the restaurant owned by Rahami’s family, and speaks with patrons of the establishment. Then, Manuel Rapalo goes over the terror attacks that plagued the weekend.
