Guilty until proven innocent? Russian athletes will be individually evaluated for Rio Olympics 
The International Olympic Committee says Russian athletes will be evaluated individually to determine their eligibility to compete in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. A blanket ban was upheld against the Russian track and field team. The majority of Russian athletes are not alleged to have doped, so is it fair to for all Russian athletes to be subjected to this evaluation?
