Minneapolis ends use of grand juries in police shootings

Despite the national outrage after a Missouri grand jury declined to indict Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson for killing Michael Brown, grand juries have continued to refrain from indicting white officers who have shot and killed unarmed black men. But that won't happen in the case of Jarm Clark, whose shooting death sparked protests in Minneapolis because Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman will investigate the case himself.
