Thousands of protesters return to Chicago streets over the death of Laquan McDonald

Protesters returned to the streets of Chicago on Monday evening to hold a vigil and rally for Laquan McDonald, the slain African-American teenager who was shot 16 times by Jason Van Dyke, a Chicago police officer. Van Dyke was released from prison on bail, provoking more outrage from the public. RT’s Anya Parampil reports from the scene.
