One year on from Tamir Rice's death: Continued outcry, but no arrests

Family and friends of 12-year-old Tamir Rice marked the one-year anniversary of his death in Cleveland, where he was shot and killed by a police officer while playing with a BB gun with his sister in a public park. NSA continuing email surveillance thanks to legal loophole – report
