UCC Shooting: 10 dead, including gunman, after shooting at Oregon community college

Ten people are dead and multiple people have been injured after a gunman opened fire on students and staff at Umpqua Community College, located in the rural Oregon town of Roseburg. Among the dead is the shooter, who has now been identified as Chris Harper Mercer. Manuel Rapalo has the latest.
