Arrests continue at Ferguson protests, ‘Oath Keepers’ patrol city throughout night

More than 100 people were arrested in Ferguson during two days of protests. After people had dispersed for the night, the streets of the city were patrolled by four white men armed with guns known as “Oath Keepers.” Manuel Rapalo reports from Ferguson with the latest and talks with activist Carl Dix about the recent developments.

Big Dump: 3 million gallons of toxic mining sludge spill into river in CO

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is reporting that three million gallons of toxic sludge from a mine have leaked heavy metals into the Animus River in southwestern Colorado. Lindsay France has the latest information from Los Angeles.
