Will the Internet Tax plug the budget holes?

The Treasury released its budget figures today for April and reported a $112.9 billion surplus, ahead of an expected $107.5 billion. But the future might not be so rosy: The Treasury is expected to run a deficit again next month. We talk about the US debt and budget with Abby Martin, host of Breaking the Set. Also, on Monday the Senate passed the Marketplace Fairness Act, which has caused quite a debate among consumers and retailers. We speak with Dan Mitchell of the CATO institute and Rep. Dennis Ross about the bill, and what it means.
