Two suicide blasts hit the Syrian capital Damascus - that's according to local TV reports. The first targeted the main court building in the city, which left at least 31 dead. And the second occured in a restaurant in northwestern Damascus. The UN migration agency says almost 100-thousand people have been displaced from the Iraqi city of Mosul in the last 19 days - as Baghdad claims the liberation's entering its final stages. Dutch people are heading to the polls in a general election that's expected to see a tight race between the prime minister's party and anti-establishment linchpin Geert Wilders - who's revealed to us, he's felt hostility from much of the media.
