RT News - January 07, 2017 (17:00 MSK)

A newly-released U.S. intelligence report claims Russia interfered in last year's U.S. election in a state-ordered campaign - but the report's findings are based on levels of confidence, not fact. Journalists and former U.S. intelligence officials are ridiculing the report over the lack of concrete evidence.
