Trump Revokes Clearance of Former CIA Chief John Brennan
Former CIA Director John Brennan’s security clearance has officially been revoked, the White House announced. President Donald Trump accused Brennan of using his access to classified information to “sow division and chaos” while criticizing the administration. US Looking to Counter Russia and China in North Atlantic
A new report says Russia and China are stepping up activity in the North Atlantic. This has the navy looking for ways to prepare and counter this movement. Earlier this year the US military announced a new strategy to counter China and Russia. Much of this strategy is classified but Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov called the approach confrontational. Congress has released the text of what its authors are calling the Russia sanctions bill from hell and although relations with Russia are already considered to be near an all-time low.
