US Announces Sanctions Against Senior Turkish Officials

On Wednesday The Trump administration slapped economic sanctions on two senior Turkish officials over what they say are trumped-up charges on an American pastor being held by Ankara. The US Treasury Department targeted Justice Minister Abdulhamit Gul and Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu marking the first time such sanctions have been levied against a NATO ally. Scientists Believe They Discovered Water On Mars

In a landmark discovery, scientist say they have discovered liquid water on Mars bolstering the possibility of extraterrestrial life. The researchers believe there could be more pockets of water on the planet but say more exploration must be done. RT’s Trinity Chavez reports.

Weather Delays Third Round of Citi Open

After hours of delays due to weather conditions, third round action resumed at the Citi Open tennis tournament in Washington DC (which is in its 50th year) with big names still in contention.  World ranked No. 3, Alexander Zverev is looking to defend his title.
