Intelligence-sharing 101

Russian authorities were able to prevent a terrorists attack because of US intelligence, prudently shared between the countries. President Trump described the success as “the way it’s supposed to work” while Russian officials said they would respond in kind if they ever become aware of an imminent attack on the US, RT America’s Manila Chan reports.
