‘Giving 1 person sole authority to destroy the world is unconstitutional’ –congressman 

As the threat of nuclear war reaches its highest level since World War II, Democrats in Congress are pushing a bill to limit presidential powers over nuclear weapons. If HR 669 becomes law, it will strip the presidency of unilateral authority to launch nuclear weapons as a first strike. RT America’s Manila Chan reports.
