‘Giving 1 person sole authority to destroy the world is unconstitutional’ –congressman 

As the threat of nuclear war reaches its highest level since World War II, Democrats in Congress are pushing a bill to limit presidential powers over nuclear weapons. If HR 669 becomes law, it will strip the presidency of unilateral authority to launch nuclear weapons as a first strike. RT America’s Manila Chan reports.

Testifying Friday to the Senate Judiciary Committee, FBI Director James Comey defended his decision to release information about the FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton a week before the election, a move she partly blames for her defeat.
