Trump: US 'always pays' for Ukraine

The US Defense Department cleared $250 million in weapons and “security assistance” to the Ukraine, including anti-tank missiles systems and ships of war, while the State Dept. approved more than $400 million in aid. Democrats launch impeachment inquiry
