China threatens retaliation as trade talks resume

High level trade talks between China and the US resumed in Washington on Thursday. Chinese negotiators have adopted a more aggressive posture and President Trump publically complained about their sudden change of course. MASSIVE military parade marks Victory Day 2019 

Thursday marked the 74th anniversary of Victory Day, the annual commemoration of the Allied Powers’ triumph over the Third Reich. It remains an enormously important holiday in Russia and across the former Soviet Union.
