Three years ago, in February, Moscow’s weather dropped to a staggering minus 37 Celsius! Each year people actually die on the streets due to large icicles falling from the buildings. It’s a daily chore slipping and sliding through the icy streets. Imagine stepping outside your door every morning only to be greeted by an ice rink!
