Bread and kvas

Bread! Russians adore it. It's one of the oldest prepared foods, dating back to the Neolithic era. In Russia, bread has been a staple part of the country’s cuisine for centuries – once considered to be “the wealth of the Rus”. On this week’s Moscow Out show, RT’s Martyn Andrews visits a bread factory and explores the difference between white and black bread. He visits several shops and bakeries, looks at "bread art", interviews a pastry chef and also takes a look at the famous yeast drink called “kvas” (also known as the bread drink in English!)
