As the US continues with troop withdrawals, the House Foreign Affairs Committee hammered the US special envoy to Afghanistan, Zalmay Khalizad. He testified that he believed the fears of the Taliban taking over Kabul were overblown and refuted allegations that it was the Taliban who bombed a girls' school, putting the blame on Islamic State.

There is bipartisan support in Congress for the US to remain in Afghanistan despite public and political pressure to get out. Former UN weapons inspector and US marine intelligence officer Scott Ritter joins In Question to discuss.
