Will lynching finally become federal crime?

In the final days of African American History month the House is taking up a long-overdue bill to finally make lynching a federal crime. Democratic strategist Ameshia Cross provides perspective. FBI agents have raided the Manhattan headquarters of fashion mogul Peter Nygard after ten women filed a lawsuit accusing him of rape, sexual abuse and sex trafficking.
