Roger Stone sentenced to 40 months in prison

A federal court has sentenced former Trump associate Roger Stone to 40 months in jail for obstruction. Stone was found guilty on a seven-count indictment that included lying to Congress, tampering with a witness, and obstructing the House investigation into whether the Trump campaign coordinated with Russia to tip the 2016 presidential election. A document from the EU Commission called “European Strategy for Data” outlines fundamental legislative action EU members believe need to be undertaken to keep European tech sovereign and independent from others. A new audit from the Defense Department reveals that the Pentagon “lost track” of more than $715 million dollars in weapons and equipment that was meant to be used in the fight against ISIS.
