Colored Revolutions under siege

The post-Soviet space continues to experience turbulence. The recent violent events in Georgia are a testament to this. Ukraine remains divided and the electoral process unable to bring about a political consensus. And in Kyrgyzstan an institutional deadlock has witnessed a tug of war over power that has no end in sight. And these countries have undergone what is called a colored revolution. And each revolution was supposed to strengthen democratic governance.
