Until quite recently someone in a wheelchair was a rare sight in St. Petersburg and other Russian cities. Now it’s becoming a familiar sight. Vadim Fisson is from St. Petersburg and is one of the first people in Russia who have proved that someone in a wheelchair can enjoy a successful life and career.
