Large Hadron Collider: revelation of time
More than 10,000 scientists from around the world collaborated to build the Large Hadron Collider. Assembled at the European Organisation for Nuclear Research, all operations were halted in September last year due to a serious fault. As a result, the LHC will not be up and running again before July 2009.
