Bison world

Time was when people worshipped the wild forest bull as a living incarnation of the forces of nature. At the turn of the 20th Century there were only 50 bison left in the world. It has taken scientists nearly 100 years to rehabilitate them. Today, Russian scientists are conducting a unique experiment to restore the bison to the wild.
